Cocktail recipe Whisky and pineapple juice
- Fill a rocks glass to the top with ice cubes
- Pour 0.5 oz of lemon juice, 1.25 oz of pineapple juice, 0.75 oz of sugar syrup and 1.5 oz of Scotch whisky into a shaker
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Strain into the rocks glass
- Garnish with pineapple wedges on a cocktail skewer
