Cocktail recipe Heather tea
- Chop a quarter of orange, a grapefruit wedge and an apple wedge into fine pieces
- Place the fruit into an Irish coffee glass
- Pour in 0.5 oz of grenadine syrup, 1 oz of Drambuie and 1 oz of Benedictine
- Add 3 cloves and a pinch of ground nutmeg
- Top up with hot heather tea and stir gently
- Garnish with a fan of apple wedges
