| Cloves | 0.06 | oz |
| Ground nutmeg | 0.03 | oz |
| Ground black pepper | 0.03 | oz |
| Red maraschino cherry | 0.15 | oz |

Cocktail recipe Strong mulled wine
- Chop a quarter of orange, a quarter of lemon and a half of apple into small pieces
- Place the fruits into a milk pitcher
- Pour in 1.5 oz of honey, 5 oz of dry red wine and 2 oz of cognac
- Add 2 cloves and a pinch of ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg and ground black pepper
- Stir while heating, but do not bring to a boil
- Pour into an Irish coffee glass
- Garnish with apple wedges and a Maraschino cherry on a cocktail skewer
