Cocktail recipe East meets West
- Fill a rocks glass to the top with crushed ice
- Place seeds from half a pomegranate and 10 mint leaves into a mixing glass and muddle
- Pour in 1 oz of lemon juice, 0.5 oz of honey syrup, 0.15 oz of vanilla syrup and 2 oz of bourbon
- Fill the glass with ice cubes and stir gently
- Finely strain into the rocks glass
- Top up with crushed ice
- Garnish with mint leaves and a small pomegranate wedge
- Use a julep strainer to make the cocktail easier to drink
