Cocktail recipe Amelie
- Fill a rocks glass to the top with crushed ice
- Pour 1 oz of lemon juice, 0.5 oz of lime juice, 0.75 oz of homemade wine syrup and 1 oz of cognac into a shaker
- Add 3 dashes of Angostura bitters
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Strain into the rocks glass
- Top up with champagne and stir gently
- Garnish with an orange wheel and a mint sprig
