Cocktail recipe Apple of discord
- Fill a rocks glass to the top with crushed ice
- Place 5 arugala leaves, 6 apple wedges into a shaker and muddle
- Pour in 0.5 oz of lemon juice and 0.75 oz of yellow apple liqueur
- Add 1 dash of Angostura bitters
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Finely strain into the rocks glass
- Top up with champagne and stir gently
- Top up with crushed ice
- Garnish with a fan of apple wedges and rucola leaves
