Cocktail recipe Day and night
- Fill a highball glass to the top with crushed ice
- Place a half of finely chopped lemongrass stalk, 5 strawberries into a shaker and muddle
- Pour in 0.5 oz of lemon juice, 0.75 oz of cinnamon syrup and 2 oz of vodka
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Strain into a highball glass
- Top up with crushed ice
- Garnish with a stalk of lemongrass and half of a strawberry
