Cocktail recipe Raspberry eggnog
- Place 5 bar spoons of raspberries, 5 bar spoons of granulated sugar into a milk pitcher and muddle
- Add 5 quail egg yolks, 0.75 oz of honey, 2 oz of light cream and 5 oz of milk
- Stir while heating with the steam from coffee machine, but do not bring to the boil
- Pour into an Irish coffee glass
- Garnish with 2 cookies
