Cocktail recipe Creamy flip
- Pour 5 quail egg yolks, 0.75 oz of heavy cream, 0.75 oz of sugar syrup and 2 oz of Scotch whisky into a shaker
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake thoroughly
- Strain into a chilled flute glass
- Garnish with a cookie and ground cinnamon
