Cocktail recipe Mexican mule
- Fill a highball glass to the top with ice cubes
- Place 2 slices of ginger root, a quarter of orange into a shaker and muddle
- Add 0.5 oz of lemon juice, 0.75 oz of sugar syrup and 2 oz of silver tequila
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Finely strain into the highball glass
- Top up with ginger beer and stir gently
- Garnish with an orange wedge and a slice of ginger root
