Cocktail recipe Pacha Monaco
- Place a grapefruit, lemon and lime wedges, chopped into large pieces into a hurricane glass
- Add a pinch of salt and muddle
- Fill the hurricane glass to the top with crushed ice
- Pour in 0.75 oz of grenadine syrup and 0.75 oz of calvados
- Add 1.5 oz of gin and stir gently
- Garnish with a carambola wedge, a kiwi wedge and two cherries
