Cocktail recipe Apple temptation
- Fill a rocks glass to the top with ice cubes
- Pour 1.5 oz of apple juice, 0.75 oz of honey syrup and 1.5 oz of absinthe into a shaker
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Strain into the rocks glass
- Top up with ginger beer and stir gently
- Garnish with 3 apple wedges
