Cocktail recipe Orsini
- Pour 0.5 oz of menengic coffee, 1.5 oz of red vermouth, and 0.35 oz of cognac into the shaker

- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake gently
- Strain into the rocks glass
- Pour 0.75 oz of quail egg whites, 2.5 oz of milk, and 3 dashes of orange flower water into the soda syphon
- Close the syphon and shake 3-4 times
- Pour the foam into the bowl and place on the rocks glass
- Garnish with sesame seeds, coconut, and vanilla beans
