Cocktail recipe Big apple
- Place a slice of a ginger root and a cinnamon stick into a milk pitcher
- Pour in 1.5 oz of calvados and 5 oz of apple juice
- Stir while heating, but do not bring to a boil
- Strain into a cup
- Place the cinnamon from the milk pitcher into the cup
- Serve with a tartlet, containing a green apple wedge, dried apricots and dried plum covered in honey
