Cocktail recipe Kremlin strudel
- Place 1 bar spoon of cranberries into a milk pitcher and muddle
- Pour 0.5 oz of lemon juice, 3.5 oz of apple juice, 0.75 oz of sugar syrup and 1.5 oz of calvados into the milk pitcher
- Add a pinch of ground cinnamon
- Stir while heating, but do not bring to a boil
- Finely strain into an Irish coffee glass
- Use a bar spoon to layer on 0.75 oz of heavy cream
- Garnish with a cinnamon stick and a half of kumquat on a cocktail skewer
