Cocktail recipe Thor
- Fill a goblet glass to the top with crushed ice
- Place 7 blackberries and 9 bar spoons of bilberries into a shaker, then muddle
- Pour in 0.35 oz of lime juice, 0.5 oz of sugar syrup, 0.75 oz of blackberry liqueur and 1.5 oz of gin
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Finely strain into the goblet glass
- Top up with crushed ice
- Garnish with blackberries, bilberries, and a sprig of mint
