Cocktail recipe Courtesan
- Rim a cognac glass with granulated cane sugar
- Fill the glass to the top with ice cubes
- Place 6 strawberries into a shaker and muddle
- Pour in 0.75 oz of quail egg white, 0.5 oz of lemon juice, 0.5 oz of sugar syrup, 0.75 oz of amaretto and 1 oz of vodka
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake thoroughly
- Finely strain into the cognac glass
- Garnish with a strawberry and a mint leaf
