Cocktail recipe Arrow flip
- Rim a cocktail glass with granulated cane sugar
- Pour 5 quail egg yolks, 0.15 oz of heavy cream, 0.35 oz of sugar syrup, 0.5 oz of Pedro Ximenez sherry and 1 oz of bourbon into a shaker
- Add 1 dash of Angostura bitters
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake thoroughly
- Strain into the chilled cocktail glass
