Cocktail recipe Mojito shakerato
- Fill a rocks glass to the top with ice cubes
- Place 10 mint leaves and 1 bar spoon of granulated cane sugar into a shaker
- Pour in 0.5 oz of quail egg white, 0.5 oz of lime juice, 0.35 oz of sugar syrup and 1.5 oz of white rum
- Add 1 dash of Angostura bitters
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake thoroughly
- Finely strain into the rocks glass
- Garnish with mint leaves
- Serve with a 1.5 oz of champagne
