Cocktail recipe The big bluff
- Fill a highball glass to the top with ice cubes
- Pour 0.75 oz of quail egg white, 0.75 oz of grapefruit juice, 0.75 oz of cherry liqueur, 1 oz of silver tequila and 1 oz of Scotch whisky into a shaker
- Give it a good dry shake
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake again
- Strain into the highball glass
- Top up with champagne and stir gently
