Cocktail recipe Smoky scot
- Place a quarter of orange, a sprig of thyme into a shaker and muddle
- Pour in 1 oz of quail egg white, 0.5 oz of lemon juice, 0.5 oz of vanilla syrup and 2 oz of Scotch whisky
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake thoroughly
- Finely strain into a chilled cocktail glass
- Garnish with a thyme sprig
