Cocktail recipe Oyster shooter
- It is recommended to prepare 10 shots at once
- Pour 0.5 oz of lemon juice, 7 oz of tomato juice, 0.35 oz of balsamic cream and 0.35 oz of red Tabasco sauce into a pitcher
- Add 3 bar spoons of horseradish and 1 pinch of salt and ground black pepper
- Pour in 7 oz of homemade pepper vodka and stir thoroughly
- Place an oyster into a shot glass
- Pour the prepared premix into it
- Serve in an oyster shell with ice, a lemon wheel and a capers
