Cocktail recipe Ginger chaser
- A one-quart pitcher of chaser is enough to chase 20 tequila shots
- Place 13.5 oz of ginger root into a juicer and juice
- Pour 20 oz of tomato juice, 7 oz of ginger juice and 6 oz of lemon juice into a pitcher
- Add a a pinch of salt and ground black pepper, a finely-chopped cucumber half, 1.75 oz of rucola and stir gently '
- Pour gold tequila and chaser into shot glasses
- Drink the tequila and chase it with the chaser
