Cocktail recipe French dessert
- Place 12 bar spoons of blackcurrant into a blender
- Pour in 0.5 oz of heavy cream, 0.75 oz of maple syrup, 0.75 oz of honey syrup and 1.5 oz of calvados
- Add a scoop of crushed ice and blend
- Pour into a chilled champagne saucer
