    Cocktail recipe French dessert

    • Place 12 bar spoons of blackcurrant into a blender
    • Pour in 0.5 oz of heavy cream, 0.75 oz of maple syrup, 0.75 oz of honey syrup and 1.5 oz of calvados
    • Add a scoop of crushed ice and blend
    • Pour into a chilled champagne saucer
    • Garnish with a mint sprig and a kumquat wedge
