Cocktail recipe Zydeco
- Place an ice cube into a rocks glass
- Soak a cane sugar cube in 0.75 oz of Amontillado sherry and 2 dashes of Peychaud's bitters in a mixing glass
- Add 2 oz of aged cognac
- Fill the glass with ice cubes and stir gently
- Strain into the rocks glass
- Garnish with orange zest
