Cocktail recipe Electric chaser
- A one-quart pitcher of the chaser is enough to chase 20 tequila shots
- Place 60 red basil leaves into a mixing glass
- Pour in 1.5 oz of sugar syrup, 2.5 oz of lime juice and muddle
- Finely strain into a pitcher
- Top up with 27 oz of cranberry juice and stir gently
- Pour gold tequila into shot glasses
- Pour chaser into shot glasses
- Drink the tequila followed by the chaser
