Cocktail recipe Tom yam chaser
- A one-quart pitcher of the chaser is enough to chase 20 tequila shots
- Place 5 ginger root wedges, 3 chopped lemon grass stalks into a pitcher and muddle
- Pour 1 oz of lime juice, 16.5 oz of coconut milk, 0.5 oz of red Tabasco sauce, 1 oz of Worcestershire sauce and 2.5 oz of soy sauce into the pitcher
- Add 3 bar spoons of salt and stir gently
- Pour gold tequila and chaser into shot glasses
- Drink the tequila and chase with the chaser
