- Fill a highball glass to the top with ice cubes
- Pour 0.7 oz of lemon juice, 0.5 oz of sugar syrup, and 0.7 oz of quail egg white into a shaker
- Add 2.7 oz of tomato juice and 1.5 oz of celery gin
- Shake gently without ice
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake again
- Strain into a chilled glass
- Garnish with vegetable chips
