Cocktail recipe South china iced tea
- Pour 0.5 oz of lime juice, 0.5 oz of honey, and 0.3 oz of kumquat jam into the shaker
- Add 1 oz of cold smoked tea and 1.5 oz of scotch whisky
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake gently
- Strain through a strainer and sieve into a chilled rocks glass
