Cocktail recipe Calipso
- Pour 0.35 oz of quail egg whites, 0.7 oz of lemon juice, and 0.5 oz of homemade tonka bean syrup into a shaker
- Add 0.15 oz of peach liqueur, 0.5 oz of Pimento Dram, and 1.7 oz of vodka
- Shake gently without ice
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake one more time
- Strain into a cocktail glass
- Garnish with 3 dashes of Angostura bitters and a violet flower
