Cocktail recipe Prohibition apple
- Fill the rocks glass to the top with ice cubes
- Pour in 2 zo of homemade apple-rhubarb ketchup and 0.15 oz of elderflower liqueur
- Add 0.3 oz of gentian and 1.5 oz of cognac
- Fill to the top with apple cider and carefully mix with a bar spoon
- Garnish with a tiny apple and a mint sprig
