Cocktail recipe Takk for sist
- Place the rocks ice in a Collins glass
- Pour 0.3 oz of lemon juice and 0.7 oz of quail egg white into a shaker
- Add 0.3 oz of homemade strawberry shrub, 1 oz of gentian, and 0.7 oz of akvavit
- Gently shake without ice
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake one more time
- Strain into the Collins
- Fill to the top with Tonic
- Garnish with Angostura bitters and frozen strawberry
