Cocktail recipe Good Will Hunting
- Fill a sling glass to the top with ice cubes
- Place 12 bar spoons of lychee puree into a shaker
- Pour in 1 oz of quail egg white, 1 oz of lemon juice, 0.35 oz of sugar syrup, 0.75 oz of lychee liqueur and 1.5 oz of vodka
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake thoroughly
- Strain into the sling glass
- Garnish with a peeled lychee, a raspberry and a pinch of ground black pepper
