Cocktail recipe Evergreen fizz
- Pour 1 oz of quail egg white, 0.5 oz of lemon juice, 0.15 oz of blue curacao liqueur, 0.75 oz of melon liqueur and 2 oz of gin into a shaker
- Add 1/2 bar spoon of caster sugar
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake thoroughly
- Pour with ice into a milkshake sundae glass
- Top up with club soda and stir gently
- Garnish with 2 lemon wedges
