Cocktail recipe Soulful punch
- One punch bowl is enough for about 20 rocks glasses
- Place 3 chopped canned pineapple wheels and 20 strawberries into a punch bowl
- Add a chopped half of orange, lime, 100 ml of white rum and let it infuse
- Fill the punch bowl 2/3 of the way with ice cubes
- Pour in 5 oz of homemade brandied cherry syrup, 17 oz of cranberry juice, 33.5 oz of sprite, 23.5 oz of plum wine and 23.5 oz of white rum
- Stir gently, pour into the rocks glass and garnish with a strawberry and a mint sprig
