Cocktail recipe Liquid cheesecake
- Place 1 bar spoon of mascarpone cheese and lemon zest into a shaker
- Pour in 0.75 oz of heavy cream, 0.35 oz of vanilla syrup, 0.35 oz of sugar syrup, 0.35 oz of triple sec liqueur and 1.5 oz of vanilla vodka
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass
- Garnish with grated dark chocolate
