Cocktail recipe Casablanca
- Place 4 strawberries, a quarter of sweet bell pepper into a shaker and muddle
- Pour in 0.5 oz of lemon juice, 0.15 oz of strawberry syrup, 0.35 oz of sugar syrup, 0.5 oz of red vermouth and 1.5 oz of gin
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Finely strain into a chilled cocktail glass
- Garnish with a sweet bell pepper wheel
