    Cocktail recipe Malt gold

    • Fill a rocks glass to the top with ice cubes
    • Place 2 bar spoons of crushed cookie and 1 bar spoon of cocoa powder into a shaker
    • Pour in 0.5 oz of raspberry syrup, 1 oz of white vermouth and 2 oz of Scotch whisky
    • Add 1 dash of Angostura bitters
    • Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
    • Finely strain into the rocks glass
    • Garnish with orange zest
