Cocktail recipe Penicillin
- Fill a rocks glass to the top with ice cubes
- Pour 0.75 oz of lemon juice and 0.75 oz of honey syrup into the shaker
- Add 2 oz of scotch whisky
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Strain into a glass
- Top with 0.25 oz of Islay single malt whisky
- Garnish with orange zest
