    Cherry liqueur 0.67oz
    Angostura bitters 0.1oz
    Almond syrup 0.17oz

    Raspberry 0.88oz
    Ice cubes 7.05oz
    Crushed ice 5.29oz

    Cocktail recipe Bottom’s up

    • Cover 5 raspberries with 1 oz of boiling water and let steep
    • Fill a bronze mug to the top with crushed ice
    • Pour 0.1 oz of almond syrup, 3 dashes of Angostura bitters, and 0.7 oz of cherry liqueur into a shaker
    • Add 0.7 oz of Cynar and 1.7 oz bourbon
    • Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake gently
    • Strain into the bronze mug
    • Pour the raspberry infusion into a 1.7 oz bottle and garnish the cocktail with it
