Cocktail recipe Café Germain
- Pour 0.75 oz of lemon juice and 0.75 oz of peach syrup into the shaker
- Add 1.15 oz of calvados
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake gently
- Strain into a chilled glass
- Pour in 1 oz of elderflower liqueur into a soda syphon
- Close the syphon and shake 3-4 times
- Garnish with the elderflower foam from the syphon and Sichuan peppercorns
