Cocktail recipe Piña colada in a coconut
- Cut a coconut in halves and remove the pulp
- Fill a cocktail glass halfway with crushed ice and then place a coconut shell in it
- Place a half of a peeled and chopped pineapple wheel and 6 bar spoons of coconut cream into a blender
- Pour in 0.75 oz of sugar syrup and 2 oz of white rum
- Give it a good dry shake
- Add some crushed ice and blend again
- Pour into the coconut shell
- Top up with crushed ice
- Garnish with a piece of pineapple and a red Maraschino cherry on a cocktail skewer and pineapple leaves
