Cocktail recipe Rosemary fizz
- Fill a rocks glass to the top with crushed ice
- Place a rosemary sprig into a shaker and muddle
- Pour in 40 oz of grapefruit juice, 5 oz of honey syrup, 20 oz of mango syrup and 50 oz of vodka
- Add 1 dash of Angostura bitters
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Strain into the rocks glass
- Top up with tonic and stir gently
- Top up with crushed ice
- Garnish with a peeled grapefruit wedge and a sprig of rosemary
