Cocktail recipe Hemingway daiquiri
- Remove the pulp from 1/2 of a grapefruit and place the rind on top of a rocks glass
- Pour 0.35 oz of lime juice, 0.75 oz of grapefruit juice, 0.35 oz of sugar syrup, 0.35 oz of Maraschino liqueur and 1.5 oz of white rum into a blender
- Add a scoop of crushed ice and blend
- Pour into the grapefruit
- Garnish with an orange wheel
