Cocktail recipe Black flip
- Pour 5 quail egg yolks, 0.5 oz of sugar syrup, 2 oz of dark beer and 1.5 oz of dark rum into a shaker
- Give it a good dry shake
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake again
- Strain into a chilled highball glass
- Serve on a saucer with a piece of dark chocolate and ground nutmeg
