Cocktail recipe Concrete cappuccino
- Pour 0.5 oz of lime juice, 0.3 oz of sugar syrup, and 1 oz of quail egg white into a shaker
- Add 0.5 oz of brown cacao liqueur, 0.7 oz of Becherovka, and 0.7 oz of homemade cocoa butter-enriched Zubrovka
- Gently shake without ice
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake one more time
- Strain into a teacup
