Cocktail recipe Pure passion
- Fill a sling glass to the top with ice cubes
- Place the pulp of a passionfruit into a shaker
- Pour in 0.35 oz of lime juice, 1.75 oz of orange juice, 0.15 oz of caramel syrup and 0.5 oz of sugar syrup
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Finely strain into the sling glass
- Top up with club soda and stir gently
- Garnish with a quarter of passionfruit
