Cocktail recipe Ginger passion
- Place the pulp from 6 oz of passionfruit and a slice of ginger root into a shaker and muddle
- Add 0.35 oz of lime juice, 0.5 oz of sugar syrup and 2 oz of white rum
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Finely strain into a chilled cocktail glass
- Garnish with a passionfruit quarter
