Cocktail recipe The great Gatsby
- Pour 0.35 oz of vanilla liqueur, 0.35 oz of Maraschino liqueur and 0.35 oz of dry orange liqueur into a shaker
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Strain into a shot glass
- Put carefully 1 quail egg yolk into the shot glass
- Pour 0.5 oz of quail egg white into a bowl and whisk for a couple of minutes
- Use a bar spoon to layer whisked foam onto the cocktail
- Garnish with few drops of Angostura bitters
